Overcoming Challenges: How Unwavering Faith and Adaptability Pave the Way to Success

In our previous post, we mentioned that we had postponed the dispatch of drones due to waiting for batteries. However, a delay in battery delivery prompted us to send the drones without them, as they were long ready. And now, we have great news: the drones have successfully passed inspection, no problems were found, and they have already been dispatched to the units.

The decision to send the drones earlier turned out to be appropriate, as we soon received bad news regarding the batteries. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the waiting time for the batteries significantly increased, making it impossible to obtain them in the coming month.

We continue to raise funds, and with each passing day, we are closer to completing the collection. We have already started ordering new parts for the next drones. But here too, we faced challenges. Due to the increased demand for drone components, certain parts became scarce. As we have mentioned before, if even one part is missing from a drone, it will not assemble and fly.

The first thing that became scarce was the video transmitters we used. Those available in the market are twice as expensive as the ones we ordered earlier. There is another option, which is to order them on backorder and wait a month for them to be shipped, and then, of course, wait for delivery. We decided to order one expensive transmitter that will arrive sooner, and two others at the old price, but with a wait. This is our first experience with such an order, and we hope everything will go smoothly.

The second shortage was cameras; we managed to order only one camera at the required price, the others were too expensive. But in this case, it was easier because we had the option to order cameras from another manufacturer that were substitutes. So we ordered two other cameras from a different manufacturer, hoping that this will not complicate the assembly process.
